CV Pool System

Recruitment intake, automated. The CV Pool System collects résumés from multiple channels, structures them into a searchable candidate pool, and keeps candidates updated with status follow-ups — no spreadsheet archaeology, no forgotten applicants.

Built as an n8n orchestration: intake forms and inboxes flow in, parsed and categorized CVs flow into the pool, and follow-up sequences run on their own schedule.
